First in Service

I came in with my gamer laptop and my hinges were broken, I looked and called all around for a service to fix it, not one of them compared to this service, not only did he fix the hinges, he gave me the exact price it would cost, no hidden fees, no rushing through the process, he literally explained everything, and showed me what part was broken as well when I picked it up. Fair price and updated me throughout, I was really happy with his work, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My son built a new gaming computer and could not get to operate after putting tall together. I called "First in Service" and spoke to Russ. It was my first time going there and I can tell you he's impressive. This gaming computer is very expensive and detailed. Russ was able to get it operating within a few hours and its running incredible. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and my son was extremely happy. Russ has been my "computer guy" for over 35 years. Russ has serviced my personal computer, business computer, laptop, and computers and laptops for all 3 of my children. My children are grown and they continue to use Russ' services and have recommended him to many of their friends. He is able to fix any problem that may come along. What followed was an even more pleasant surprise when I was handed my bill, not only a reasonable fee for services rendered; but prompt, attention to details with the repair. Even though I never brought in my laptop (water damage) Russ was a big help. He answered my request almost immediately, was available via phone and called back like promised. He made the decision off "not worth" fixing it easy and if I ever encounter another problem I know where to find a reliable trustworthy person. Russ it is!

I was locked out of my Laptop I asked Russ to look at it and he told me my problem said it would cost x amount of dollars to fix and add windows 10 cause i had windows 8. He told me it would be ready and true to his word he fixed it called the next morning had fixed it and the price he quoted didn't go up. I would definitely go back if i have any problems.
