We had them for almost 2 years. I called yesterday to set up a cancellation since we're finally getting great internet service for cheaper where we live. The lady informed me I will have my service until the 10th, since my bill is due on the 11th. Woke up to no internet this morning and they won't resolve the issue. Not to mention you have to pay to return their equipment out of your own pocket. There were also many times over our term the internet went down and the only way to fix it was to call and have them reset the box. Super annoying. Buyer beware. They do NOT care about customer satisfaction

I took a job in South Florida and chose to live in my RV. The campground I was in had no internet. I signed up for Cyberonic and was extremely impressed with the equipment and performance of the connectivity. Most importantly, when I did experience a couple of issues, the Tech support team was fantastic!!

Absolutely terrible company, there service constantly goes down for days and will not fix until you eventually reach a representative. This also takes forever because there customer service sucks and takes forever to reach anyone. Not to mention a majority of the time the just want you to replace your router over and over again.

Tom came to our apartment right after the installation and he finished the installation quickly. Thanks to Tom for making the installation so simple and easy. Cybernetic internet speeds are really amazing.Tom was very responsive to help me understand my first invoice. Thanks
