The team at King Media was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. We worked closely with Amanda throughout our campaign. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and had excellent communication skills. The King Media team was very attentive to our needs and what our goals were for our digital campaign. King Media monitored our progress after the launch. Mid-campaign, we decided to switch a few ads and they were more than willing to brainstorm on how to make improvements. As a result of the campaign, we saw a very large increase of traffic to our website as well as an improvement to our search engine optimization. We had a successful click through rate with our online ads and gained a lot of useful information on our target market. This information has helped us with future marketing efforts and recruiting strategies. We really enjoyed working with the team and would recommend King Media to other companies.

Working for King Media as an intern is the best decision I've ever made. People at King Media are just like your family and always have your back. During the past few months, I have learned a lot from every team member, in both professional aspects and daily routines. I observed how the owner works with all of our clients professionally and treats their requests seriously, as if their business is her own business. I saw how my colleagues work to not only meet clients' needs and wants, but go beyond their expectations. My colleagues are intelligent, ethical, and possess all the traits a good communicator should have. King Media directed by Coleen King and her great staff (especially Ashley and Adam) are top notch. They have helped our winery and restaurant immensely over the last decade. They are responsible for most importantly our wine labels, billboards, banners and our website. King Media is multi-faceted in that they know "old school", "new school" and even what is coming down the pike! On a separate note, THANK YOU King Media for not only your professional support but your friendship.

I have been very impressed with Coleen and her staff. They work with you to determine your needs and then deliver a very high quality product. Instead of cookie cutter solutions, they take the time to understand what you want to accomplish, and provide recommendations on the best way to achieve your goals. Using this company was the biggest regret of my career. A friend had recommended King Media to do some rebranding. I was skeptical at first, having heard some poor reviews by word of mouth. However, I went through with my friend's recommendation in order to suport local business in East Lansing. Terrible decision! The president was extremely rude when I attempted to provide insight to what I wanted. The work that they provided me was poor. I would like to warn anyone considering this place for advertising work. You may not get what you pay for.
