Finding a good internet service at our residence was an uphill battle as we live in the country. We've lived in our home for 10 years and have never found a service that's both affordable and efficient. We've had Everett internet for 9 months and it's been absolutely great with zero issues!

Jeff was amazing so were all others I spoke with to get set up. I literally just got everything set up which was super easy and so far 100 times better than my old network

To bad u can't give a 0 star. DO NOT GET TV SAT. FROM EVERETT. After sales rep. Knocks on my door, says DirecTV bought out Dish network. That I should go to DirecTV, (I should of asked why do l have change? Sorry I didn't, gave price lock for 2 yrs. (okay I guess). So their tech installed DirecTV Sat.and a receiver, did a signal check, got setup approved, checked for channels. LATER I WENT TROUGH CHANNELS, OVER 100+ CHANNELS HAD CODE 771 (SIGNAL ERRORS). Called Everett, they left a message with their TECH, I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANY ONE. HAD TO CALL DIRECTV TECH SUPPORT, EXPLAIN THE ISSUE, THEY SENT THEIR TECH THE NEXT DAY. BOY WAS HE MADE. SAT dish was not put up with the right Pole size, (USED A SLEEVE AND USED OLD POLE.) Wrong LNB(the signal receiver) installed correct LNB, had to completely realign Dish. Checked the all channels again. HAD ALL PROGRAM CHANNELS. Everett was a "wham bang thank you mam". They came and went.

Jessica was so helpful and answered all of our questions. Living in a rural area it's hard to find a company that provides internet services let alone one that has great customer service! Internet has been flawless as well!

Do not Do not get this internet. I kick myself in the rear for signing but Jessica is a fast talker and said it would be better than Hughesnet that I have and it is not. I would rather keep my hughesnet. They charged my account on September 8 $263.94 and today is September 27 and I have not been able to use their internet yet. We have did everything that they said turn off for so many minutes start back up blah blah blah, sent me a second modem and same ole thing, had a tech come out and got it on our tv and he wasn't gone 5 minutes and the tv kept freezing up, no internet on my tv in my bedroom, wifi on my phone just goes to LTE. Just to watch tv and have wifi on our phones I have to plug my Hughesnet back in. At this point I just want a refund and keep my Hughesnet. Whoever those giving good reviews must be scammers with them or family and friends or someone that has just got lucky, because they deserve a 0 zero

I would rate negative if I could! Awful company! Sent a salesman to my house who misled me to get business. Sent the wrong modem. Internet stopped working two weeks in. They told me to upgrade already. So I did. $150 later.....they sent the right modem finally and it loses battery charge in 15 min. I called to cancel and miss Amber tells me I'm not cancelling and if I do she's charging my card. I said absolutely not you have no permission. She did anyway and luckily I was smarter than she thought and stopped my card immediate while on the phone with her. Illegal what she did. Charging unauthorized charges! She shut my internet off after I just paid $150 for the month! I told her they need to refund me if you're going to shut it off, that you can't do that when it's paid for. She said nope! Refused to turn it on, told me "you said you're going to cancel service"....she is awful: last time I checked that doesn't give you the authority to shut off paid for internet, and charge my card whatever you please. She then had the audacity to mail me a return label for their modem! When they kept my $150 refuse to refund me and I have no internet! Luckily my previous provider had me up and running the next day. They still refuse me my money- told me she's charging me $200 for a modem and another fee for termination. Good luck chick. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want honest and productive communications and service! They're liars and take your money and stop service! But they want me to send back their modem since it's costs them $150. Ha. Should have been smarter Amber- don't shut off internet steal my money then ask for equipment back. Refund my money.

Jessica C sales associate came to my house in Feb. Talked fast and loose. Lots of lies. Nothing is as they say. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If they show up at your door, slam it.

DO NOT EVER GET THIS INTERNET SERVICE,Their so called sales man doesn't clearly explain the details of their service.....they mislead you....their service down right sucks...
