I have worked with the Addis team for nearly two years now. I have had the pleasure of interacting with nearly every member of their team. They are warm, patient, creative, smart, kind, funny and professional. Depending on the circumstances, we have needed all of those qualities! They built our original website and recently refreshed it beautifully. In addition, they have created a beautiful logo, print documents, social media posts, a brand guide and much more. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Addis Enterprises helped our nonprofit organization with the redesign and launch of our website. They listened carefully and were attentive to what we wanted and needed for our site, they were thorough in the preparation of their proposal, and they provided us with helpful and creative feedback and solutions as we moved through the design/build stage of the project. They also provided helpful training to our staff on the back-end maintenance of the new website so we could be self-sufficient in updating it as needed in the future. The launch of our new site was seamless, and the entire team was available for any issues or questions that arose. Nearly two years after the launch, our experience with the Help Desk continues to be excellent when the inevitable bugs or problems occur.
