This is such a neat place hidden in Mt. Clemens! Once you step in, the decor is great, then when you start walking around, you realize that it has a VAST amount of space. People are friendly, there's coffee, internet, printer, what more could you want??

We LOVE the Colaborative! The building itself is a beautiful old exposed brick setting. There is SO MUCH room for moving around to get inspired throughout the work day. And the common areas, kitchen, coffee station, and conference rooms are all included for our use! It's pretty great. A+ ;)

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with The Collaborative and Jessie. The space is very welcoming and provides a lot of amenities. The Wi-Fi is extremely reliable, the common area and offices are well designed and fully stocked. There is a main area on the first floor, which is fairly quiet, but still has "life" (the familiar sound of great people doing great things). But if you need a quieter experience, they have a secondary work space on the second floor which gives a calming stillness for those how need to hyper-focus. The space is secured and clients and guest must sign-in electronically at the door. I really appreciate the security and felt safe leaving my belongs. The space offers a lot of value for a very reasonable rate (they have multiple plan options that can fit almost any need). I highly recommend The Collaborative to anyone looking for work-space. A little back-story on my experience. I had an important video call today and could not have the call at my house due to emergency construction. I called The Collaborative and Jessie was very responsive. She was able to offer the best solution for me and even helped me setup for my video call. She is a great asset to this location! After my call was over, she gave me a tour of the property - her enthusiasm really resonated with me and made me feel welcomed. I will be using this location for my future work-space needs, primarily because of the outstanding service Jessie provided.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the setup at Collaborative. So many options are available in terms of office space, and the surrounding area has different kinds of food options. Jessie, the Community Manager, is very professional, patient, friendly, and exudes a positive attitude. She truly makes you feel welcome and at home. I highly recommend this place for those seeking alternative options to the traditional workplace setup.

We had an amazing meeting today!! Jessie is the hostess with the mostest! She made us feel right at home and made our space perfect for our meeting. We will be back every month and love this place. The kitchen is super nice too-love the open and airyness of the first floor and the folks working there were very kind. Keep up the great work Jessie and team!

Jessie is amazing at managing the property and bringing in great events. I also love the openness of the space and the rustic details like exposed brick and metal patterned ceiling tiles! So happy to call this place my office.
