**Review:** I recently had a custom PC built by custom computer company, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they provided exceptional customer service that went above and beyond my expectations. One thing that really stood out was how proactive they were with communication. They kept me updated at every step of the process, from confirming my initial specifications to providing progress updates and even discussing component options in real time. This level of attention made me feel valued as a customer and gave me confidence that my project was in capable hands. The quality of the build itself is outstanding. They took the time to ensure every detail was perfect, delivering a machine that performs exactly as promised. It's clear that they take pride in their work and care about delivering high-quality products that meet (and in my case, exceed) expectations. To top it off, I felt I got excellent value for my investment. The pricing was competitive, and for the level of service, professionalism, and quality of work, it was worth every penny. If you need work done go to them!

This place, could not ask for better customer service! They had my computer fixed same day! Probably cannot do that for everyone, will vary by the issue, but they saved my life. My job! Aaron, fabulous tech! I know this is a lot of exclamation points, there is no other way to express my gratitude and excitement for how quickly they got my work laptop back to me!

My bank account was breached. Bank required that my device be scanned for virus and malware. These people were wonderful to deal with and banned and updated within hours. I'll definitely use them for future computer needs and highly recommend

The people there were super nice! I gave them my computer, and they let me know the issues. Although the path wasn't worth paying, they didn't charge me for their time and gave me their honest opinions and recommendations. Highly recommend!

I'm thoroughly pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, courtesy, and communication of the steps they were going to take to problem-solve my dead computer. In the end it turned out to be a simple and inexpensive fix. I had no idea what it would take and they could've easily gotten away with a new power unit or whatever. I really appreciate the honesty, too! They've gained a new client in both of my businesses!

My PC turned off on me and wouldn't turn back on. I don't know much about computers so I looked up computer repair. This place is close, popped up first, and I saw "inexpensive and fast" so my decision was easy. I dropped my pc off, told them it's probably the power supply, let me know. 3 full days later.. I receive a call saying my power supply did die, but also the water cooler was broken and needed replaced. They said they can solve both the power supply and the water cooler for $500. That sounded wild to me. And I didn't have it. So I picked my broken pc back up. I then dug a little deeper on google. Found a place willing to fix both issues for $293, maybe 10 minutes away. Idk how $250 (max) worth of parts turned into $500, but I feel it deserves a poor review. Especially when this place is somehow 5 stars. The guy behind the counter was nice. That got them the second star. Idk what I would give them more stars on honestly. They weren't fast, they weren't budget friendly. It took 3 days to find out they would bend me over. Idk man. Find somewhere else. I did.
