ICS Data

ICS has been a great IT company for our business. Anytime we have a tech issue, whether it be equipment malfunction or email issue, it has been really easy to get a hold of them and within the hour they have gotten back to us to fix it. They are flexible and well versed. Everyone is so kind and no question is a stupid question.

ICS Data has changed our school year for the better! They have done an amazing job getting our building set up to ensure that technology is working throughout the building. They have assessed and solved many of our reoccurring problems and I no longer have to worry if my lesson plans will fall through due to technology problems. They have been great to work with. I will definitely continue to recommend ICS Data!

I can't thank ICS Data enough!! Another computer repair business wanted to charge me half the cost of my son's new gaming laptop, just to replace the cracked screen. They claimed the screen was expensive and could only be obtained through one seller in the entire U.S. ICS took over and literally saved us hundreds of dollars! I highly recommend this knowledgeable business. They obviously go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of.

Our company switched to ICS Data for our IT needs about a year ago and it has made a world of difference. Prior to the switch, our old IT company could never explain why things were happening or what the root cause was for our issues. In most instances the issues were never truly resolved and I would end up having to fumble my way through the fix myself. That never sat well with me because I like to know how or why things occur to try and save ourselves time and prevent them from happening in the future. ICS has always been very professional in handling any of our IT concerns and they explain in full what happened when we ask for details. Not only that, but they stay on top of preventative maintenance to minimize down time and eliminate future issues. They respond to any and all of our concerns promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend them if you are shopping around for IT professionals.

I have used ICS data for 2 of my businesses one an insurance agency and the other a KOA campground. Carol and Aaron were always quick to respond to any issues, but very proactive. Thus issues were few and far between. 5 stars and will continue to use them in future endeavors. Highly recommended.
