The KR Group has been helping me with IT-related needs for four years now, and the entire KR team has been fantastic to work with! They've helped me with projects ranging from firewall / switch / WiFi AP upgrades, O365 / Azure improvements, endpoint protection upgrades, BDR system implementation, and most-recently an extensive full server and storage/SAN upgrade. Literally ALL of these projects have been completed with zero hours of unplanned production downtime, which has not been my experience working with other consultants and MSP's.
