Where to start. 1. They send a bill and debit your account immediately. If you don't sign up for automatic debit they charge extra monthly. 2. They charge more than they tell you they will charge. They will not help you they tell you to wait on hold for 1-2 hrs. You are unable to cancel recurring debits once you sign up, I have filed complaints this evening with the Federal Trade Commission and State of Mi. I will continue filing complaints. Please stay away. Do not use! Save your money. Update little storm came through. Internet went down, called for service guy said it Would be $150 to send a tech out to fix their equip. Internet not even 2 months old. He waived the fee but never scheduled service. Said the dealer would call. Now I have to fight to get my internet back up or pay $400 to cancel service.
Sucks the worst internet I've ever had. Slow TV is always buffering. I take care 400 customers. I let them know don't get Hughes Net
