Jim is a wonderful, compassionate guy who is so good with people who don't know how to fix their computers. He is prompt to an appointment, absolutely knows what he is doing. Our first experience with Mr. Nagel was two years ago, when he came to our house to repair a lap top that was unable to communicate with our printer. He was prompt, polite, and efficient. Most recently, I was notified that my email provider would discontinue service. There were many family videos and photos that are very important to me in the account. Being unable to transfer these items to my new account, Mr. Nagel was contacted. Thankfully, he was able to transfer all of my messages. I am so appreciative. We have recommended Mr. Nagel to friends and they, too, were very satisfied with his service.

Kris and I were so lucky the very first day we had Jim over to our house! Jim is a very mild-mannered nerd. Exactly who we were looking for! He fixed everything we needed done. He was always so kind in giving us information we needed and teaching us more about our computer. Nagel Services, LLC provides great service and value. Every request is responded to very quickly and our issues are resolved. Our staff has limited IT knowledge but their IT expertise has been especially beneficial to us. The cost for services has been worth every penny!
