Very nice venue for shows. Downfall is they don't have elevators, if you are in balcony, and three flights of stairs are a workout for some. Seats are narrow too if you have a double or triple x sized adult. Lots of refreshment options, that you can take to your seat. Great conversation with Chevy Chase show. It brought back a lot of memories. My son liked the show, National Lampoons Christmas, too. First time he saw it!

The good: Alice Cooper put on an amazing show!! The bad: I got my sister and I tickets for this show for her birthday. We've been so excited to see Alice Cooper live. They were excellent tickets on the main floor fairly close to the stage however when we got there and made our way to the main floor we saw another woman in a wheelchair being turned away & relocated to an upper level section. We were told that all wheelchair seating on main floor had been relocated due to wheelchairs/wheelchair users being "a fire hazard". Long story short, we absolutely weren't going to be relocated off the main floor & just accept some downgraded seats. It's disgraceful that they did that to paying disabled concert goers & it makes me so sad they just accepted that because it's not acceptable by today's standards. They managers "compromise" was that they would let us stay on the main floor but we had to sit in the very back row. The entire night people stood crowded in what was supposed to be the clear aisle yet somehow people in wheelchairs are a hazard? People were STANDING on the folding chairs yet someone like me in a wheelchair was denied the spot/view I paid for?! Wheelchair users are not helpless invalids, the majority of us would be able to get ourselves out independently & swiftly if an emergency happened on the main floor. If someone did need complete assistance common sense would lead any reasonable person to realize that they are there with an assistant of some type. Disabled people are not a fire hazard. Equal access is not a risk & it's not optional. Especially when you got $1.6 million in tax payer money (tax payers like me & millions of other disabled Michiganders.)

Nice building, comfortable seats , I love who they employ We went to see Leeann Morgan ..sat in section BCT seat 11 and 12 Fire the sound man. We couldn't hear. If there was any chatter, or other noise we would miss entire sections of the comedy show Should it not be sort of loud? Like a movie theater? I vote yes it should be TURN UP THE VOLUME....or send sound man to balcony, during a show where someone is TALKING on stage. And at every moment there is any other noise, take notes on HOW MUCH OF THE SHOW...OR PUNCHLINE YOU MISS .....because you can't hear I'm sure a concert etc may be different.....but this was a comedy show, and hearing every single word is the best experience ALL I HEARD ALL NIGHT WAS WHAT DID SHE SAY BY THOSE AROUND ME

Nice place. Easy on and off the highway. Easy parking, though a little expensive. The staff was friendly and well informed, and the venue was clean and nice. Looking forward to my next event there!

Great seats, even the nose bleeds aren't far away from the floor. All seats are good seats. Photos are from a concert in seats U16- Row R seats 6&7. Thank you, Vettix, for the seats. Dow Event Center remains to be an enjoyable event venue. We took our son there for the World's Toughest Monster Truck Tour and he had a blast. Concessions were organize, seats were decent stadium seats, and bathrooms were clean with little to no wait.

The hockey game was great and staff were friendly enough. The arena was fine, but smelled musty as soon as you walked in. Good local place to go to see some future NHL players!

They host good events. Cashless for everything. Bathrooms are very outdated. Security at the door
