I have been with this network for over a year now and have had nothing but problems when the Internet goes out it goes out for months at a time. There's no explanation to as why it goes out. They just tell you that they'll give you credits at the end of the month. Please do not go with the service. I wouldn't go with the service if I didn't have to it's part of my building plan do not recommend.

Terrible internet. It goes out constantly and the guy always tells me it's "Mother Nature" even when there was no wind or storms. We lose internet at least once a day. I homeschool and need internet. The videos never go without pausing. I'm shopping for new service, this is ridiculous.

The wifi isn't bad if it doesn't ever go out and you have to contact customer service. Customer service does not know what is going on and can never get in touch with the IT Tech. All they say is they are going to call you back. I never received a callback. I have contacted them multiple times just to get nowhere every time. A new provider just to get WiFi so I don't fall behind on my schoolwork.

We have had Skyweb for several years, and I think it's a great service. I can stream TV, work from home, etc. Anytime I've ever needed service or assistance, they are on it right on it and keep me updated. If you aren't receiving a great Internet connection, call them! They might be able to move your connection to a different tower...that's what they did for us. You also need a really good router. We purchased a cheaper one at the start, and we did not get the connection and speeds we expected. We purchased a better one, and it made all of the difference in the world!

I purchased the new LTE Modem a few months ago, it worked great for two months. Now my upload speed is at 0.09 and my download speed is 1.35 and the PING is at 253. I have called customer service almost every day for a month and have received nothing but false promises.

I used them for Internet for two years. one month, it was out for an entire month, they said it was not their fault because some other "company" cut their line... really?! When I kept calling, they blew me off. Finally, I told them this is the deal, I know how to connect the Internet.. I said to them, you DO NOT have a big enough server to handle the amount of data people are using. They exclaimed, how do you know that sir, I sternly replied, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out. I studied networking, so I know when the lines jam. Would I recommend them? NOPE! I agree, horrible service, horrible Internet. They don't answer questions... and if they don't want your antenna on, they shut it off. When you call them about it, they say you need to update the "firmware"... then they claimed they hooked up the antenna wrong... so a service person came out two weeks later to turn it. it goes out at least twice a month. Really?! But I don't think they really read these reviews... they need better service! if they want to compete, then they need better business. I realize they are "small" but they need to do better. enough said!

I've been with them for around 12 years, but no other options beside satellite dish, un till now.. go figure Christmas eve and down again.. go figure can't do video chats to wish merry Christmas... so I'll resort to my cell phone again.. I should be used to service down after all these years,, but now I have a much better option for less. So it's time to cancel this next week when ever they answer there phone. Normally they answer there phone, just service drops alot, or 80% of the time don't get anywhere close to the speed ya pay for unless ya call them, then it might be good again for a week or 2.

They started out so-so, which should have been a red flag to us to begin with. Had a service tech come out to get us set up, and he had to come back because he didn't have a tall enough ladder. Made an appointment to come back, only with the expectation of using OUR ladder. Wouldn't do the work without my husband there to help him. On top of all of that, he used parts from my husband as he didn't have what he needed to get the work done. After all said and done, they set us to connecting to the closest tower, which we can visibly see from our house and the service/speed was HORRIBLE to say the least. After calling a few times until we were finally able to reach someone, they sent a tech out to shoot us off of another tower that was farther away, giving us a little better service but not by much. At this point we are paying for 3 meg, and we are barely pulling .75 meg. We have called and left messages, with no returned calls. And when we finally reached someone, they we re very silent and couldn't help other than "Noting the account". This last time of calling, (after calling 3 times in a row), we asked for a service tech to get us set up properly or cancel our contract free of charge. The service tech was scheduled - and NEVER SHOWED!. We called back to cancel, got the same "silent" person who had no insight for anything and said we needed to talk to 'Lisa', went on to transfer us, then deliberately hung up on us, (we heard their conversation in the background) HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE PROVIDER.
