I recently reached out to acenet support for assistance in moving a cpanel from one account to another. They were very responsive, worked with me to select a good time to do the switch, and made the entire process very painless for me. I was originally a little bummed that they didn't offer phone support, but they are so responsive through their ticket system that I really don't miss the phone support.

I've had a dedicated server with Acenet for several years (after moving around all my websites plus those of my clients a few times). Acenet has the reliability and stability I needed for the long term. Acenet has always been there with top notch support which adds greatly to the value of having a reliable server.

Very responsive support, day or night, and helpful getting issues resolved even when they are self-inflicted. I've been a customer for over a decade and they have always been gracious about honoring the terms of my original agreement. I'm grateful to have a provider that is both competent and committed to service.

I've been dealing with Acenet since 2005 with perfect experience. Although I got invited by friends many times to use other services, but none could provide the challenging combination of continuous service, quick response, and excellent technical knowledge. Keep up the good work :)

I have used Acenet for many years, running a dozen or so domains and sites. During that time I have been repeatedly impressed by all aspects of their product and service. I should especially single out their tech support, often a problem with web hosts. They are consistently outstanding: quick, practical, and friendly. When a buggy theme I installed on one of my Wordpress installations allowed malicious hackers to run phishing scams off my site--bringing it and Acenet to the attention of Interpol, of all things, they walled off the damage... but then worked with me to restore security, something they are not really obligated to do and most hosts would just tell you to hire somebody to fix it up. Since then I've had a few unusual problems which they have dealt with, usually within 24 hours. I can't speak too highly of Acenet and would recommend it to anybody.

Above and beyond customer service! I have a reseller account and have been extremely pleased with their service. If I have a problem or a question I submit a ticket and get a response in minutes, with the problem fixed. The other host I use may take a day, or longer, to respond. We have used Acenet for about 8 years.
