Like most clients we needed our website fast and Dunewood delivered both an English and Spanish site within 60 days. Of course, it would have been sooner had we not held them up with content and translation. Kirby was awesome to work with being both detailed and organized. Dunewood had been a customer of mine for sometime so it felt comfortable to choose them for some petty important and sensitive equipment / services for my business. Their recommendations came in much higher then the options i was exploring.(internet based apps that provide similar goods/services) However I know little about the tec world compared to someone that works in that field. They provided estimates that included training for a new phone system as well camera and voice recording system. (The Dream Machine) Things changed when the work began. First they installed on the weekends and left the doors unlocked till monday when I returned to work. Next we started getting invoices for monthly service charges that we never discussed and for tech support that had to do with things that the training should have covered, But never happened. My staff said he told them ("They work like regular phones") So we have been left to figure it out or pay again. We're slowly getting there with the phones, But i have a long way to go with the voice and camera systems. I can't say the equipment is bad, but service without a doubt less then professional. I made the mistake of trusting they would provide the same level of service we provided them with. Be careful!
