Terrible. Would give a 0-star from our experience, beware. Not 1 customer service number is active. We get emails from them that they were hacked because of non-payment of some invoices, and they tell us 'everything is fine'. We get speeds of 200-500 and are paying for 1G.... They no-show to appointments. This is the most brutal review I have left because I wish this experience on no one. This is the most unprofessional company we have worked with.

Loving my Waveform experience. The customer service is top notch across the board. Every employee seems genuinely interested in providing me with an A+ experience. Connectivity is fantastic! The one time I had downtime they were very quick to respond, even at midnight.. I'll definitely be a lifelong customer.

The facility is good. The connectivity is also pretty good. The owners/staff are serious geeks/engineers who take their trade seriously and have been doing it for awhile. They don't brag about being the shiniest. However they do hang their hat on value, which was important to us as we were a startup but needed room to grow. I did have a power problem at 11:00 PM and the staff was quick to respond.

I have used Waveform for 4 years. Never had any downtime. Always A+ in customer service. Very accommodating. This operation is run by people that care very much about there customers. I have worked with other colocation services. Waveform is simply unbeatable.

We have hosted our service with these guys for a few months. I am thinking off switching to someone else fairly soon. The thee man operation makes it very difficult to get a hold of someone when the line goes down. Not that we have had a problem with that. If you do not pay you bill your services will be shut off..... I understand this. I don't work for free either. But when the bill arrives the day it is due, or past due, its not fair. Because your server will be shut off. It is very difficult to get a hold of someone by phone. You have to submit email tickets. Which can be a big pain if you don't have your account information. Other than billing. Fairly reliable as fare as link goes.

Cheap and reliable; I've had a box colocated with them for over 5 years. The very few network problems I have seen over the years have all been handled quickly. I have never needed urgent access to my hardware, but the few times I've had to swap out a failed redundant part, I've had no problem with making an appointment to do the swap.

ManagedWay is the only hosting provider that easily lets you manage your IP address records, specifically for email servers, while also staying affordable and remarkably responsive. I've never had a ticket that took more then five minutes for them to respond to -- even at 2 o'clock in the morning on a Saturday! Plus they're located in my home state of Michigan, marching my company's "buy local" directives.

Been running a couple mining rigs there for a couple of months and they have been fine. While I don't think they have a huge employee staff (who needs one here) they have always responded quickly and have been respectful all the time. I can always do a follow up review later on, after I've spent more time with them. Go for it.
