Sevenco

Rented the space for a weekly meeting. We needed a large conference room for 12-15 people and it worked great. Alex at the front desk is great to work with. She goes above and beyond. I also hosted a seminar there and the open kitchen space was a great fit for 30 people.

Sevenco has been the best business decision I have made in the past year. The environment keeps me focused, motivated, and inspired. Together with their great management, team, and office culture, I cannot express just how much any business will increase in efficiency and bottom line because of all the amenities and atmosphere. Lastly, the location is in the heart of City Center here in Troy and is by far one of the most accessible and premier address in Southeast Michigan. My business is already seeing great returns because of all that Sevenco provides.

As a college student currently taking online classes due to covid, Sevenco provided me with a great environment to focus on my work during my time staying in Troy. The space looks professional with lots of amenities that really sets it apart from the other co-working spaces in the area. Management was very helpful and accommodating to my situation of only being in town for two weeks. They also offer a free day pass so I could get a feel for the space before making any commitment/ payment. During my time I spent at Sevenco I got the opportunity meet a few other people who work there, and I only ever heard good things when asking about their experiences. I will definitely be returning next time I am in Troy.

I'm very particular about my work environment, and need the ability to lockdown and focus when I need to. Admittedly, I was apprehensive about working in a co-working space, around a bunch of "random" people, worried about noise, and all that kind of stuff. Especially after working from home for awhile and living in my own little, perfectly-controlled world. But after a couple of months, I can attest that SevenCo is a pretty sweet setup and was a good choice for me and my business. The environment is great, the community is cool, and you have plenty of privacy/quiet when you want it, or movement/socialization when you don't. The management team is responsive and super helpful, the other people/companies here are great, the "energy" in the place feels good, and space just looks sexy. ESPECIALLY, in comparison to the other options in/around Troy. It's a great place to meet clients and a great place to get work done. Being right at Big Beaver and 75/Crooks means super easy access for everyone too. As my business continues to grow, I look forward to getting additional space because I know that my team will feel great here too.

With a rapidly expanding Real Estate Business we needed a space that would check two boxes for us. First, it must be an attractive space in which to meet with clients as well as have our current agents excited to be in the office daily. Second, we needed to be able to expand our space as our business expands. Sevenco was a perfect fit and we couldn't be happier with our move!

This office space is amazing! It's bright, it's clean and has an atmosphere that is vibrant and professional. And the balcony overlooks Big Beaver; we can go out there to eat lunch or just take a break. I also love that there are no hidden fees like many office spaces have. The coffee and parking are free, which are the essentials. Highly recommend!
