Absolutely the worst WiFi I've ever experienced... In and out all day, good thing neither my husband nor I work from home... Can't even watch a 60 minute show without it going out... Takes us about 3 hours to watch a basic show....

Terrible service. Should really be looked into by the AG as a monopoly. Want the alternative, AT&T...well, they just use wyandottes lines so same service. Internet constantly goes out, sometimes kicks back on quickly. Been hearing that everything is going to the best fiber wiring soon...been the same song and dance since 2006. Now, they say i have to wait 4 days for a tech...when i have a kid in highschool that has to do homework...GREAT JOB

EDIT 2: Finally received some transparency as to what is causing the slow connections after technicians came to my house and explained to me there was nothing they could do to fix the problem themselves. Wyandotte has maxed out on capacity, placed all their focus on their slowly approaching fiber optic release, and have chosen to ignore their current struggling service. EDIT: A month later and as predicted the first week of January right around the payment cycle the speeds have tanked again. I guess even opening up an official ticket with the FCC wasn't enough for WMS to get their act together. ---------------------------- The absolute worst internet service. The service is consistently slow and not even close to the turbo 200 that I'm paying for every month. Tech support, linemen and modem replacements haven't fixed the issue. My email with screenshots of speed tests went ignored. They've pushed out most competition so this is the only isp available to me. Tends to be at the absolute slowest the first week of every month which makes me think they may just be throttling speeds. It's laughable they plan on introducing fiber optic when they can't even deliver on what they have now.

While playing video games in specific Fortnite I was playing and grabbing guns and ammo and heals you know all the basics, one problem tho I had rough estimate 1100 ping for yall nerds that know what that means, also not to mention we have the "best internet in town" we pay for the highest subscription of internet

This company and Wyandotte's other utilities exist to just take all the money from wyandotte residents as possible, and barely re-invest, they've finally caught up to some of the other cable and internet companies but still gouge pricing. Expensive monthly pricing for mid range services, a $75 deposit to have an account whatsoever, and the people. If you can have another service at your house, do it.

Too many problems since May 2023. Don't recommend it hard to get service man long wait. Now I'm being charged 25.00 cause I need the service man to fix my new tv. Geez so many problems..

Love having local internet and tv services. Came out the same day I called. Jason was a great service tech who helped troubleshoot the problem which was my tv. Took the time to hook up a different tv and to make sure everything was working great before he left. Thank you!

I'd rather have dial up internet from the 90's. Worst internet service I've ever had.
