Friends laptop stop functioning, went to provide net and try to reinstall windows and it worked and he wasn't going to charge me. We gave him 20 dollars for his and thank him. They always been fair and very reasonable. Other places would have charged you probably over a hundred dollars. Great place Great people

Peter, the owner, is a super nice guy. So are his staff. His first thought is always to find a solution, not the money. His fees are very reasonable too. A great repair shop ast of its kind.

Fantastic service and I highly recommend using them as an ISP for DSL. I switched from AT&T. Provide leases their lines from AT&T and they charge roughly the same price for DSL but when I have called Provide with a technical or billing issue, I get a real human being who is only a few miles away in Ypsi and who is helpful, courteous and intelligent instead of some empty-headed telephone jockey marking time in a remote call center treating me like an annoyance. When AT&T's lines would go down, I found it much more helpful to have Provide going to bat for me and being the "squeaky wheel" demanding service from the local AT&T office rather than me having to navigate through an interminable phone-tree only to be told in heavily accented English to reboot my computer and that nothing is wrong with the network. Provide also seems to understand that not every customer's computer is running Windoze. Great bunch of guys and I wouldn't use any other ISP in Washtenaw County.

For the hassle I wouldn't recommend this just get at&t a day u won't be as sad

Just called to sign up for internet service. Was on hold for 10 minutes then got pushed to their voicemail. I would like to experience this great customer service... but they need to answer their phone first!

Above guy must work for this company because they will make you wait on hold for at least 10 minutes before ever speaking to a real person ( then being transferred).
