Ypsi Marketing and Print Co made some soccer jerseys for my sons team. Travis was very responsive and accommodating. The quality of the print is great! It's sharp, clear and after a season full of washer and dryer cycles, has not come off and is still great shape! We'll be returning customers!

I have conducted business with Ypsi Marketing and Print Company several times in the past and each encounter has been amazing. Each time I emailed and inquired about a product or service, the response was almost immediate. We are talking 1-2 hours, if not sooner! From customized sweatshirts, to business cards, and customized back drop for my client's pictures.....I received my products in a very prompt and timely manner! I am extremely grateful and satisfied with the customer service from this company!

Travis and his team put this giant design on our food truck. They did such a great job and finished very quickly. We will absolutely be using them for all of our future needs.They are also THE most affordable place in Southeast Michigan. Wins all around!

I was not happy with the way Travis handled his business with respect to service the customer in a timely matter when it came to delivery of the merchandise. Our church anniversary was in November and we were unable to wear our anniversary jerseys and hoodies because we did not receive them until December and even then the orders were not completed. His lack of diligence and to our timeline was below subpar. We made our orders in October and the order did not get completed until January 14th. I suggest that if your anniversary is in November, then start your order in January in order to receive them by November. The quality of the merchandise was excellent, but his delivery of them was very poor and unacceptable. I rate his merchandise a 5 but his delivery of them is a 1.

I only write reviews when a business deserves one. In this case Ypsi Marketing & Print Company deserves each of the five stars here. They took my organization's order for printing and a logo on 100 laptop bags and met the deadline that was 5 days away. The confidence shown by Travis was reassuring. The artwork that was done from my rough draft, exceeded our expectations and the quality of the final product was worth every cent. Very reasonable prices and service was on point. I will be using their services in the near and distant future.

I don't know I should give him even 1 star. I feel he doesn't deserve it. This company seems don't care about customer. Because we asked for T-shirts oder and need to done ASAP(we email to him on 10/16 and have to receive by 10/20) He told me he can do that so we trusted him for that but turns out he didn't do anything for us and he never replied to me any updates or about my oder. Even now. This company really doesn't care about customer. And He totally messed up my plan. This was BAD experience. I am not recommending this company at all!!

Please DO NOT I repeat DO NOT come to this place its a scam and no one it there once you pay up front Travis is not a man of his word and to be honest I would suggest PRINT TECH. No one should be treated in this manner especially a non profit organization who is trying to put back into the community. I Wish I could give you guys a negative (-5) And the woman who is there when Travis is not is so belligerent and rude, She over talks people and does not have a clue on whats going on. Safe to say you just lost thousands of dollars sorry not sorry.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional printing services they gave me. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence have truly exceeded my expectations. Surprisingly he gave me free home delivery. A true game changer.
