Had an extremely odd issue with my pc booting wrong. He picked up my pc and after a few days talking back and forth he was able to figure it out and resolve it. Excellent work and very professional.

Sent my laptop in with a non working screen, he fixed it but when I got it home it stopped working again and he took it back to look at it again no problem! I can't express enough how incredible Tony is. Not only is he amazing at what he does, he is so kind, humble, patient and understanding. Tony is a great communicator and always made sure I understood everything he was doing and why. Tony was able to recover all my data from my damaged hard drive, fix my old computer, and then he built me a new better faster machine. He did all this in an accommodating time line, as he knew I was in the middle of several freelance jobs. Honestly - I would never take my computer anywhere else, or call anyone else for help ever again. He is the BEST! Thank you Tony so much for taking such great care of me and saving me!!! I am pleased to offer a glowing endorsement of BluePC. Not only is the price for services far less than other computer repair outfits I've looked into, but Tony really delivers on his promises. When I first had my computer cleaned out of viruses, it still didn't initially meet with my full satisfaction when I got it back home. So, I brought it back for a second work-up at no charge. This time it works very well. Tony happily honored his 90-day warranty; there was no charge for the work the second time around. Plus, he is a nice guy, very honest and friendly. I will gladly use him in the future. So should you!

I brought my hp envy laptop in to repair a broken screen and touch screen capabilities not working, he fixed it perfect and was very transparent about the cost and the process that went into it! I'm so glad to have my laptop back and working again will definitely return if I have any future tech problems
