Sparklight

Holy crap worst service I've ever experienced!! Zero ability to get any customer service assistance. Internet off all day without any response, explanation or response from anyone, anywhere. Sat on phone for 17 minutes while it kept saying zero ppl ahead of me. Sparklight says talk to fidelity then says oh, no one available to transfer you to but then sparklight says oh well we can't help you either even though fidelity is sparklight now. I am calling right now and going with another ISP provider. Also disputing with bank for refund for services unrendered

High bills low quality service Internet out more than it works. All they ever say is we're sorry and want to give a two or three dollar credit for each day then come back and lie like extra data was used get the credit back and then some. Company is all about money.

This company is by far the worst internet provider I've ever had. I run a business and the connection was always going out at random times. First they attempted to blame my machines for the connection going out, they sent out a third party tech that wasn't even apart of their company and he rewired some things outside of my business. Yet still the connection was randomly going out, even if no machines were running in my business. Once I called to cancel my service, they tried to say that I personally called someone out to work on the wires and cords, when in reality the third party tech they sent to me never documented that he had came and did any work, and they tried to hold me responsible for that. Absolutely ridiculous and the Customer service is absolutely terrible, I would never recommend this company whatsoever. Terrible service.

HORRIBLE customer service. Absolutely horrible. If you have an issue, they're rude and that's if you wait for an hour if not longer just to find out what's going on. Their automated texts for outages doesn't always work. So have fun when you go home and don't have wifi. I mean come on, we live in the 21st century. They make enough money to give at the MINIMUM the courtesy to their paying customers more of a heads up. Tweeting on twitter is unprofessional to me. It's always the same generic response. That REALLY doesn't show integrity to your customers nor does it make them feel valued. For the price I pay each month, you'd think they'd have a little more pep in their step with putting out alerts or updates to their customers. DONT expect a credit for your service to be down for a day or two either. THEY WANT THEIR MONEY. THEY DONT CARE if you were inconvenienced with an outage of their own doing. Even if you need it to work from home. THEY DONT CARE!

Horrible customer service experience

This is the worst possible company to get internet. Customer service is horrible and I don't think there is a technician who can fix the issue I'm having. It's been three weeks and I still have an intermittent signal. I have requested calls from a local supervisor to get answers and haven't received one call. Hope he or she is replaced soon. That might help the company. DO NOT PURCHASE INTERNET FROM SPARKLIGHT!!!!!!!

My internet has been jumping in and out for three weeks. All I have been getting is Arun around. Looking for a new internet providers.
