Tombigbee Fiber, LLC

I highly recommend Tombigbee Fiber. Reasonably priced and the service is excellent. Today was the 2nd time in 2 years that I needed tech support and considering when we had CenturyLink (now brightspeed) I called two to for times a week because the company is cheap and wouldn't upgrade customers equipment. I spoke to Colby, who listened to the issue and he got to the issue. He attempted to fix it but was unable to complete the update. 1 hour later and my internet is working perfectly again. If it is available in your area, do yourself a huge favor, order Tombigbee Fiber. You will not be disappointed!

Tombigbee Fiber has been the best addition. They came out and got it connected the same day. It did not take long. We have not had one problem since we opened our account with them in June of last year. Through all the crazy weather and everything, we have had no issues. The kids use the internet for several devices and gaming systems, computers for homework, all of our cells stay connected to it when we are home and it has been amazing! I'm super pleased with them!

I only got the cheapest option and it's not worth it even if it's only 55 bucks a month I have found better options for the same price and if u are looking to get it it only works good for Netflix and nothing else so if u have Netflix then it's the right choice for you but if u don't then I wouldn't get it cause it's slow and takes forever to do stuff on it

I have been fairly pleased with the service so far; my internet has been down three times in the first month, each time during non business hours. . They don't have 24/7 tech support, which I think is a must. Currently I'm having serious signal strength drops. One minute the up and down speed might be 100/100, and the next minute I may have 20/10. I've had to reinstall my ring doorbell a couple of times because it totally lost the signal. I purchased a range extender today and hope that will solve the doorbell problem. I haven't called to complain, but that will be my next step, if the range extender doesn't work.

I lived in the city and had Comcast. They were fine. I moved to the country and had zero options, until Tombigbee Fiber came through. Whether it's your only option or not, it's the most reliable, best value out there. I'm completely satisfied with Tombigbee Fiber.

So greatful for Tombigbee!! Had a billing issue, its new to ALL of us, emailed tech support and by morning I had 3 ppl responded!!! Now, how's that for customer service?! Highly recommend the fiber. 6 phones, 4 tv's, 2 gaming systems, and desktop on $55 plan and never even seen any of them slow or buffering!! This was a blessing for us folks out here in the wildernesses!!! Strongly suggest getting on waiting list for your area. Keep it up TF&EPA!!

I am super pleased with our internet. I'm getting what I paid for. Tombigbee Finer is a good company that cares about their customers, much like the power company.
