This may be the first review I've ever written but these guys are the absolute BEST! They replaced our entire HVAC in a 100 year old house in just one morning/afternoon. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease throughout the process. They made sure I didn't have any questions before they left. Overall they just went above and beyond. The office manager, I believe her name is Melissa, is also great. She communicates everything you need to know beforehand and helped me through the financing process. With these types of major repairs/replacements it's easy to feel ripped off or scammed if you're not knowledgeable about the product or project (that's me- I know nothing), but Stieferman didn't make me feel that way once. Honestly just hands down a great company. Thanks y'all.

Wow!! So happy with the job Daniel with Stieferman did for us!! Our household has a Lennox furnace blower. The blower circuit board went out and Daniel just happened to have exactly what we needed in his work van. He was on time, professional, and quick to get the job done. I would recommend Stieferman to anyone wanting great HVAC service at a great price.

I highly recommend this company! I called this morning for a leaking AC unit and Sean (Shawn?) was there within the hour! Not only was he very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the problem, he was also very careful to clean up the area when he was done. Thank you!! I can't recommend them enough!

Jason arrived promptly at 8 and had our 45 year old heat pump up and running within a half hour. There was no pressure to buy a new system and he said that wasn't needed when I asked about it. We've always been pleased with the service we receive.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! We have been customers of Stieferman's for over 15 years. Our 1st time was in the middle of the hot MO summer night when the AC unit completely shut down. Our kids were quite young & the heat & humidity was unbearable for all of us. The Stieferman team worked through the night to install a new unit & had everyone cool & comfortable again. Recently our unit wasn't cooling, this time we were all in quarantine due to having covid, dealing with fever & completely drained again in the Mo humidity. Husband called "The team" and by midmorning we were cooling down! **all work that was needed to be repaired was outside, luckily** The Stieferman team has always gone above & beyond for us, hometown family owned business, you can't go wrong with them. Many, many thanks for all they have done for our family!

Bret and company did a great job installing our new heat pump and airhandler. They showed up on time, ended on time, and let the place spotless. Not to mention that the new equipment was installed MUCH better than the previous equipment. All the lines were secure, piping installed correctly, and simply looked like a pro installed it. I highly recommend Stiefermans to anyone needing a new heat pump or A/C unit installed.
