Joe's Datacenter, LLC

Was a customer of Joe's for quite a while. Patmos took over and suddenly my server couldn't go 30 days without a power outage. Then, their tech lied to me about it. "I just walked up to the server and it came back online". When I called them out on it, they immediately cancelled my service. No notice, no chance to grab data, nothing. Loved Joe's up until Patmos came on the scene. Look elsewhere for hosting now.

I've been a dedicated server client of Joe's Data Center for nearly 15 years. This month they want to double my cost from $35/mo to $70/mo with barely a month's notice. It's really sad to see what Patmos has done to this once great service.

I've been colocating with Joe's Data Center since 2012. They used to be excellent before Patmos bought them. Now, they're raising prices for no reason, and their new prices are no longer reasonable or competitive. I've been a customer since 2012, but I guess that doesn't matter to Patmos. They don't care. Greed ruined this place like it does countless others. Stay away.

Been hosting with joes/patmos for a while and while I've had a few issues they were resolved very quickly. Very helpful technicians!

I have been with Joe's since 2022. They had a storm come thru 6 days ago that "destroyed" my server. I ordered 2 new servers 4 days ago and they still have not gone online. They are sitting and waiting for the final steps of the OS install. They have yet to send me login information. All my websites have been down for 6 days! They used to be very quick, but now, they don't care at all about their customers. Best to look for a better service than Joe's and Patmos.

They were good, but it looks like recently they have been takenover by Patmos hosting or something like that and since then their quality of service and support has completely gone down. It's hours and sometimes even over 24 hours of waiting to even get initial response from them, how can one use their servers for productivity ? Stay away from them till they resolve their support and service issues

(Edited from 5 Stars originally.) I used them on & off since 2022 but stopped as of a couple months ago because their support has seemed to dwindle downhill. Numerous tickets got ghosted and the phone support referred me to wait for a ticket update. Overall they're good to use, but their customer service is not as good as others now.

I am rewriting my review to reflect the changes since they got bought by Patmos... Between inlet temps being 100degf, power issues, and general middling reliability, it's clear that when Patmos came in, they changed the culture dramatically. I feel bad for everyone who is still there from the independent days, because I doubt they're happy with what's going on there.
