Total Highspeed Internet Solutions

THS service has been very reliable. If I ever have an issue I'm able to speak with someone local who speaks English and I rarely have to be on hold! The last technician that came to swap out some equipment gave me his cell so I could text with an issue with my parents house. That issue was resolved quickly.

Total highspeed is new to our area, I've only been using their service for a week. So far I have not experienced any outages or buffering like I did constantly with my last internet provider. They come highly recommend by my neighbor who has been using their services for about 6 months. I'm only leaving a 4star review due to the fact that they haven't buried the cable yet. We'll see how respectful of our property they are when that occurs. I'm not happy with the time-line of this, 2 to 8 weeks, kind of vague.

Total Highspeed was as advertised, super-fast, solid connectivity, and super easy installation. I only gave them 4 stars because they haven't finished burying the cable to the house. I'm sure they will do a great job but holding the final star until it is done.

We've had total highspeed for a few years now with 0 issues, a few days ago my husband accidentally hit our internet line mowing, the next day when they were scheduled to come out there were awful storms, a literal tornado hit our area and we had no power and internet was down anyway. But the technician came out anyway, and repaired our line in the rain. 2 days later had someone out to re bury it when it wasn't raining and they called to follow up through out the entire thing to make sure everything was done right. I am extremely impressed and would highly recommend total highspeed to anyone I know. They will go above and beyond to make sure that you have service, even if that means they have to repair it in the rain! Thank you total highspeed!!

Total highspeed has been great, once fiber was in my area the installation was quick. I have had total highspeed for 2 years now and I have only had 2 outages, 1 caused by a storm and 1 was a damaged cable under my house. They had it back up and going in under 24 hours. I would recommend them to anyone.

When my Internet goes out, I call them and one rep will tell me one thing and they can't fix it and then the next day another rep will tell me something completely different and then another time someone else will tell me something totally different again. I can't seem to get a correct answer the first time from any of their tech reps. And when I had identity theft, they charged me $40 for a bank charge and wouldn't remove it. And I'm paying $113 a month to get Speed high enough to upload a 10 minute video. Kind of ridiculous. I've gone without Internet for as long as six days!!

Not impressed with total high speed internet. We've been with them for 3 years only because we live in a rural area where it's hard to find internet but fiber optic finally made it to us and we switched immediately. We've struggled with outages on a frequent basis, which I understand Internet can go out, but anytime it went out in order to receive a credit, you'd have to call in and report the outage and then turn around and call back once you receive service again. If you failed to call back you never received credit. Just over all not a great service. Wouldn't recommend! Once I called to cancel now they want to charge us to send them back the inside equipment.

Total High Speed has provided us with reliable, high quality internet service for over a decade. They have always been responsive to any questions we've had or problems we have experienced. A very good company.
