Customer Reviews & Testimonials
I know we had the bad storms, but I think they have forgot about Wappapello. Have called every day since Friday. They say the same thing every day, they are in wappapello, have not seen one single truck
i wouldn't use these people if it was the last provider in the state. they don't know what they are doing, they can't keep customers for a reason, and they don't care about you, only the money. Speed? 100MPBS is a joke now days. 1Gig is the norm now, they could do it, if they had an experienced person running the place, but they cant afford that. and with it being cable internet and not fiber, you are going to have lag. too many people on the one network. im surprised the phone is even working.
Worst company I have ever done business with. Horrible customer service and the internet stays down. Use anyone else if you have the option.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Internet went out on a Friday afternoon and after multiple calls all weekend and being told that we would be contacted by a technician nothing happened. Called Monday morning at 8 and as of the current time of 3:30 pm we still have heard nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service and if there was a different provider for our area we would use someone else. My job and my husband's job depend on the internet and they don't care.
It is next to impossible to schedule service. It is equally impossible to expect competence from the billing department. This company allowed someone to fraudulently turn my service on when my name is the only one on the account. Even after paying for this fraudulently activity out of my own pocket, I have been met with lack of cooperation at every turn. Short of legal action, I don't believe there is anything customers can do to ensure that this company does not commit further fraud against them. If they paid their technicians better, their technicians might actually show up to do some work. Instead, they place blame on their technicians and give the customers every excuse under the sun as to why nobody is willing to do the work the customer has been promised in return for payment. They can not keep their stories straight as to why their techs won't show up, I've literally caught them in their own lie. If you're a customer not receiving what you paid for, I highly recommend disputing any charges at your bank. Just because someone is a licenses business doesn't mean they can't or won't commit fraud against paying customers. EDIT: Still having problems. They've replaced the router/modem and the piece outside but still insist on throttling my internet to the point of loss of service during high usage times in the evening. I pay for the most expensive plan and still get shut off. They're now charging more for the new routers/modems to extort more from customers. They all claim ignorance on the matter but I literally have proof. They keep denying it but that doesn't help me get what I paid for. If you choose this company due to having lack of options, do NOT pay for anything more than the cheapest plan because you will get shut off during high usage times no matter what you pay. I connected a Lan cable, I reset the router, unplug and replug, disconnected everything else in the house to use only one device. Still shoddy. If you have other options, do NOT use this company. They can be mad if they want about my reviews. Almost as mad as I was losing a week's worth of pay from taking time off work to wait forever for a tech to even come out. One of the ladies at the office actually got loud with me on the phone while I was asking for clarification on something regarding my internet. The moment sparklight expands to my area, better believe I'll be ditching boycom. I just want the service that I paid for and they can't even give me that. Smh. They're blessed that I don't wanna waste time taking them to court for lost wages or a refund for all the days they keep throttling my service to the point of disconnect. Leave. Boycom. Alone.
Internet went down Friday night and never got it back all weekend. After numerous phone calls and talking to Boycom they never sent help. Monday morning I called and canceled my service. I do not recommend.
I've been using Boycom for about a year now. They have been dependable and quick to respond to any issues I've had with my internet. They aren't overpriced and customer service is great there as well. I would recommend them to anybody looking for reliable internet service.
I will not recommend internet down more then it's up and its hard to get someone to come out and fix it and if it's working good they start working on things and it goes back down and even worse then before so find someone else
