Circle Fiber

I was guaranteed 1 G on internet speed for my whole house. Told any issues we service you pretty fast. Lies. All lies. Recently had a few severe storms. Internet went out for a night. When it came back up it has been on and off. All day for over a week. Called circle and they want 150$ if they come out. I will be changing providers. Yes they are cheaper but they are not worth it. Poor customer service, poor tech support, and poor service. Do not switch. They lie about what they can do for you. They lie about there internet never dropping. Was told no buffering. All lies I was told.

I've had both Sparklight and The Circle Fiber for about the same amount of time. I can say without a doubt that The Circle is the best internet service in the area if you are able to access it. The customer service is superb. The internet speeds? Faster then the Flash. They email you a notice if there's maintenance and they even reached out to me about there being an outage, which was swiftly fixed might I add. The cherry on top was when the outage was fixed, they gave me a call back to let me know. Sparklight could NEVER.

Not too impressed. This is because I was called by the company and told I can't get Fiber service at my townhome building until more of my neighbors sign up, even though we were supposedly already in the "green" and ready to to be hooked up. I was essentially told I should go to my neighbors and ask them to sign up (they didn't say how many more I needed to ask, just that it would be too costly for the company to just come out and hook me up). They offered me $25 credit for every person that signed up, but frankly, I don't really know my neighbors like that, and I'm not about to do free marketing for a company that I would've been paying money to for service in the first place. Guess I'm staying with Sparklight.

Consistent and reliable, extremely fast. 1000 upload, 1000 download as advertised. I've had Circle Fiber since it came to Poplar Bluff and I've had zero issues.

From start to finish a 10 out of 10 even with the speed of the circle fiber internet 10 from the first person I spoke to Ethan all the way to the technician who installed the service Bill to the people that did the billing and helped set up the ACP program thank you all very much I don't recommend much anymore but if you don't have circle fiber internet that's your loss so what I'm saying is whatever you got cancel it and get some of that circle fiber!

We have not even had this internet for two weeks and it goes out a lot and only will reach from my kitchen and living room will not reach to the rest of my house and I have a small house

Good customer service very friendly people. The installer was well informed and ready to answer any questions.
