Birthday shopped here and it's a fantastic and reliable store for adorable clothes with a wide variety of styles! Grace and Ashley were very helpful in finding me a dress. Super fun and chill atmosphere! 100% recommend.

This boutique is one of my favorites! F&R always has the latest fashion in the most comfortable fabrics. You can always find a beautiful color, texture, and design. Their clothing is undeniably great quality and super comfortable. Additionally, the team is always very attentive and helpful!

Cannot recommend enough! Clothing that is well made and reasonably priced, plus size included. The biggest reason I give 5 stars is the consistency in the interactions with the staff. Everytime I am in there, no matter who is working or what time of day, they are always friendly! Always helpful and not super judgemental and annoyed that you are in there. Will continue to recommend to everyone!

This local boutique is a must shop! They have apparel, accessories and gift items that you don't find anywhere else, which is huge for me. On top of that, the items are high quality, have a variety in price and product, so there is something for everyone. The staff and and owner really make your shopping experience special.

Stayed in Saint Charles Historic District while on a work trip to Boeing. Only had a brief 2-day stay, but stumbled upon this shop where I found the most perfect white crossbody bag--bonus points for the zip closure (I'm definitely a zip purse woman). Couldn't resist coming back later that day to snag it, and ended up also purchasing jeans, a few tops, and an incredible room spray. The owner was incredibly friendly, and the staff were attentive. Will definitely be returning next time I'm in town, but the best part is--you can also shop online!

A red carpet feel! Fashion that's classic and trendy! The atmosphere and clothing selection of this store is top notch. The price point is PERFECT! the retail personal are excellent fashion coordinators, and the clothes fit people of different shapes and sizes! No matter what occasion I'm shopping for, there's something I can find.

I love this store. My husband and I live in the Kansas City area, but sometimes I come out here with him for business. This is the second time I've been to the store. And both times I found things that I loved. The owner and other sales women who work here are so helpful. I will definitely come to the store again the next time we're in town. Plus, they texted me a coupon, which helped me buy even more.
