The sales team is so friendly and will fight for me when I need anything. UPD so glad I found them to apply for a dealer account with them because they are rock stars. Best communication, so helpful, always there to answer any questions we have, set is up with the training they provide for new dealers, added us to their dealer support groups which will come very helpful in the future, great pricing on all their products and definitely the place to apply to be a dealer for if you have a cellular store or looking to open one up like we are in the process of doing right now and be open in next month or so. Nothing but positive results from Ray. Several years ago, we had a bad experience and were very cautious. Ray, Aurora, Damir and the rest of the team have far exceeded what we feel a master agent should be. Truth be known, Ray takes it to another level after work hours... he's even been known to go a round or three on Fortnite (yeah, it's more than a job... it's a relationship). During the lock down period, Ahmed (the owner) put together a video call with other dealers and product reps to share ideas and offer support during a trying time on all of us. The effort was much appreciated. I've seen some bad reviews on here and can't figure out what could have happened to cause the negative comments... unless they are just people wanting to cause problems either for profit or for sport. All in all, I highly recommend these guys (as long as you're not trying to set up shop next door to me... then I suggest the other guys).
