I've used Ken for over 10 years, he and his staff are always prompt and professional, fees are very competitive although frankly the service is so good I haven't compared the rates in years. It's just so easy to say call Ken when the staff says we have any IT issues. Great local company. I can't recommend them enough.

The staff at TBD are some of the best techs I have ever worked with. Knowledgeable, accommodating, and in it for the long haul. They can fix just about any issue you may have with your desktop, laptop and even server side. If you are looking for Computer and Network Support, get a hold of Ken and his amazing team!

At first they were great, but with the newer tech's it has really gone down hill. We are not getting the service they way we used to and they are charging us for things that they messed up in the first place.

My computer was having issues and I had no idea what the issue was so I decided to look around town for pc repair shops. After comparing prices I brought my computer to technology by design and they were straightforward and helpful with every step of the repair process. The man who worked on my computer (Joshua) called me before working on the computer and gave me a complete rundown of what he was doing. Great service and a great price!
