Zero star rating isn't even low enough. The internet has never worked properly. I called once to get faster speed and of course pay more and it was not able to be done for whatever reason. I have stuck it out and never complained due to needing it for my thermostat. Finally after a year of crap service I've had enough. I called today to cancel and figure out how to pay my bill since their online payment doesn't work ever. Gentlemen I spoke to offered no apology or fix besides blaming me for not calling to fix it. In which I did. I asked if he could see how much data we use monthly to show it doesn't work and again said they don't track that, hard to believe. Do not recommend. I have heard of people having a wonderful experience but mine was not the same. I see the reply of the company. Very classy to include I had an outstanding balance. Yes you are correct it was suspended once for failure to pay. Due to the poor system not allowing me to pay as I was able to finally call and paid it all up right then. You are right but that does not take away from the poor internet and as stated I had called to get it fixed(you are incorrect). In that instance I was told it would not be able to be fixed and that I couldn't pay more for better internet because you didn't offer it. You can shame me all you want but truth is my experience was bad.

One of the worst internet services I've been on. The internet is down at least once a month if not more. It's ridiculous to pay over $80 and still have the towers constantly going down.

Service is really good. Jacob helped us get our internet back up after speed connect pulled the plug . Highly recommend this company. Group of hard workers .

Just wanted to give a shout out to KDS. Not one to complain and our old service at our place of business worked and got the job done. But then we were then introduced to KDS about 8 years ago and as a relatively new business we had our doubts and fears. We stepped out and tried them as the owner and his partner met us in person and offered a service that would do all our other service was doing but at about 1/3 the cost. It was a risk worth taking! The service has been spectacular. We always hear back from KDS within a reasonable amount of time, we have never waited more than a minute to get a real life person, when problems have arrived they have been out within 24 hours every time where the old would take up to several days and we had to place a ticket, wait for a response and on and on and on, and overall the experience has been wonderful at a fraction of the cost. The reason for leaving the review today at not sooner... well... we recently had some internal problems in our own equipment. When they came out to make sure their equipment was working correctly they helped us find our internal problem. They then told me exactly how to fix it and said to let them know if we needed anything else. In our opinion we have tested and tried them and feel they have gone above and beyond every time. For internet and phone service in the outlying areas of Great Falls we really believe they are the best option.

KDS has hands down the BEST employees! Regardless of the time of day or what my needs are, they are expedient and friendly! They have helped me upgrade my service minutes before they close and have provided tech support after hours for something that wasn't even internet related. I am grateful to live off the beaten path and even more to KDS for providing world class customer service! they truly champion their customers and no matter how small of the win, they celebrate with you!

Well- I am impressed! Sadly, after a busy work week, I sat down on a Saturday to pay my bills, when I accidentally spilled my coffee on everything. The KDS bill took the worst hit. I dried it out and it looked nasty and brown...I wrote the check and included a note apologizing for the state of the payment coupon and popped it in the mail. It absolutely made my day yesterday when a card arrived for me in the mail. The KDS team sent a card and a gift card for a cup of coffee on them. I am blown away! You wont get that kind of kindness/personal touch with a big name company! I am hooked on KDS for life!

I would like to thank KDS for there kind and courteous and very professional job. The staff and workers were very professional. Thank you to Misty for some great customer service. I have business class service through them. When the service was first installed, there were some issues, but I have a pretty demanding and complex configuration so that slowed the troubleshooting process, but their tenacity to solve my issues was amazing. Once we are settled, I will have fiber from Century Link as my primary for data and phone service and KDS will be my backup link for both. Although, after dealing with KDS and their service, I may reverse the roles and keep KDS as the primary. Their reliability is second to none.
