JTech was wonderful to work with! Katie and Nick took the time to help our Brokers understand some of the nuances of SEO so they were well equipped to make decisions for the company. They lifted a large burden while we were between in-house marketing help. Their analytical reports are easy to understand and their team is quick to respond to any questions or issues. Some of the social and blog content could have been more personable, but their overall professionalism was outstanding! We are glad to say that we had the opportunity to work with them!

Pros: High quality web design and features that are custom tailored to the user. Cons: Large project completion is at the mercy of the project queues. I have built two large websites with JTech Communications and I have had a wonderful experience on both projects. They are extremely knowledgeable about the components of a website and the latest designs and features. I found that it was easy to communicate my ideas and needs to them and they translated that into the precise web development needed for our website. Their customer service and tech support is amazing. When I have an issue they can be contacted right away and the issue is dealt with immediately. If you have a new web design project and want to be involved in the planning and executing of it, then I would highly recommend JTech and their personalized service.
