The team at Montana Internet did an awesome job for us. Our business was having some issues with network performance. First, Aleah went to great lengths to diagnose the issue, including running extensive tests. She then proposed an upgrade solution that made sense and at a very reasonable cost. With 24 hours, Jonathan and Johnny (yep) were on site installing the new equipment. They did a great job, making sure everything worked before they left. On top of that they were really nice guys, very courteous and respectful. Our network is now performing much better than it was. I couldn't recommend Montana Internet more highly.

We've had Montana Internet for about 4 years now. It only takes one hand to count the amount of times I have needed assistance regarding poor connection or no connection at all. In that handful of times, I've always been met with polite and efficient customer service. Most of our issues have occurred on the weekends and even then, the problem is fixed that day. We are very happy customers!

Great service all the way around. I have a kid that is a gamer at home and I can't even tell when I'm watching TV that he is downloading games. So happy with Montana Internet's service. Super easy installation process as well. Technician was so helpful in answering my questions.

I have only been with them for 2 months and the service is definitely not what they say it is. Keeps getting interrupted and can't even watch anything on one device. Over priced for terrible internet. They tried blaming it on my devices when I can use these devices on other Internet providers just fine. Definitely a them issue. A lot of the time is 1 MBPS download or less and they claim 16 MBPS

I can't say enough good about Montana Internet. First, they provide high quality internet. In five years, I have only had to call them for technical support once. When I was off work for almost four months on medical leave, they waved two months of fees and extended my due date for three weeks after I returned to work until I got paid.

Our internet has been down for over 24 hours now. Montana Internet has shown little interest in getting the problem fixed. Many BS excuses. We are running a business that depends on reliable internet service. Our losses at this point are not calculable. They say it keeps rebooting and we have intermittent service. However, our accounting software will not tolerate intermittent internet. So, our business is dark, down. Unable to do business. Thanks, Montana Internet. We fully intend to explore more reliable internet providers as soon as service is restored. How long, Montana Internet? another 12 hours? another 24 hours? If I could give you negative star ratings I would.

Montana Internet is the most caring community partner I've ever worked with. When our small community neighborhood had no internet options, Montana Internet accepted a meeting with some of our neighbors to see if there was a solution they could build for us. They came up with a solution and implemented it very quickly. They truly care about the community they serve instead of focusing just on the bottom line. We have great internet with a 5 star company! Thank you Montana Internet! Give them a call, they will take good care of you.

I've been very patient with Montana Internet but I've had enough. I'm paying $86.99 for "16mbps". I'm getting closer to nine. Starlink is way faster and more reliable. Montana Internet =$86=9 mbps $9.5/mb Starlink=$120=372 mbps $0.32/mb
