What do we like about Little Apple in Manhattan MT ? They answer the phone when we have questions or problems! We live quite a distance away from any services, and we've enjoyed Little Apple internet at our cabin for many years. Thanks Little Apple!

As much as I like doing business with local companies its unfortunate that Little Apple continues to fail. In the last 2 weeks I've had several outages. One was due to planned maintenance. I was down for almost a whole day. No proactive communication or any communication for that matter. How about a little redundancy? Maybe some basic networking architecture? I'm not sure what the problem is but I'll be moving to another service very soon. Sad to take my money out of the local economy but I can't continue to invest in failure.

It is truly the worst internet service in the valley...I'd go elsewhere if you have a choice. We've been forced to use them because we live out of town in a rural area with no hard lines close by. We have had constant outages, almost every weekend, for the last couple months, and honestly, years. We call technical support for help and don't hear back for many days or until we call them again! Since we also don't have cell reception, wifi is the only way we can use our phones. So on our limited days off from work, we have absolutely no service in our own home. Customer service seems to not care at all. VERY frustrating and overpriced for extremely slow, inconsistent internet.

I just spent a bit with Jordan getting me back online. He was very patient and friendly as he walked me through each "next step". I also appreciate working with someone locally when I have questions. LAT has been our provider for 20 years.

Little Apple has great customer service and super friendly techs I loved meeting the team. It sounds like in the last couple years they have done massive upgrades to their infrastructure and I am thankful to work with them.

We live out of town and at the time Little Apple was the only one who could service us. They supplied us with consistent usable internet for almost a year. They always let us know about any planned maintenance ahead of time via email. They always answer the phone if we have any questions and are good at explaining everything we asked. I recommend Little Apple to anyone out of town who can't get a lighting fast internet provider.

Agree with the previous review... 0 stars is what they deserve. - Internet always slower than what contract states. - Customer Service Horrific. - Techs that don't know how to troubleshoot issues with their own equipment. - Basic common sense troubleshooting evades them. Just absolutely horrific all the way around. Honestly they do not care about their customers or their service. The only way to fix the issue with Little Apple Technologies is to begin Litigation, File a Complaint with Consumer Affairs, the FCC and any other Federal or State regulatory agency.

These fellas in the Manhattan office do a great job! Yes, they have outages just like every provider has. Little Apple has always been courteous & efficient when there's a problem. If you like being treated like a number & a nuisance, use Spectrum or Quest. You won't get that from the Customer Service people in Manhattan's Little Apple Tech office.
