Cedar Mountain Services took on an emergency website rebuild when our site broke. Start to finish, the CMS team was professional, courteous, and innovative. Bob put together a quote and action plan that got us up and running with little effort on our part. It was a painless process. The programmers were thorough while keeping things moving forward -- one even went beyond the scope and programmed a special feature that another company said was impossible! I recommend Cedar Mountain Services to anyone looking for a website build that is thorough, innovative, and -- above all -- an enjoyable process.

I worked with Kenny, Bob and Beth on setting up our website and doing maintenance on it. They all were pleasant to work with and were very knowledgeable about their products. Clark Fork School uses our website in a number of different ways. It's the first stop for people interested in learning more about our teaching philosophy and programs, it is a tool we use to give and gather information from our currently enrolled families, and it is an essential tool in all our fundraising efforts. Cedar Mountain Software has helped us design and create this multi-purpose site. They are responsive and helpful to all of our needs. On top of it all, they are wonderful people and it is always a pleasure to speak with them.

Pros: Website All-in-One Service, from creation and design to analytics and optimization. Super helpful and friendly staff. Quick response times. Website hosting allows the creation and use of a 'Store' which takes credit and debit payments. Cons: Offers a platform that isn't for the faint of heart, or the newbie to site upkeep or creation. Help section for the FullEdit software is bare (minimal). Credit Card processing can be tricky- it has limited merchant services that are compatible with it. The Pro to that statement though- it is compatible with popular merchants. Many years ago, I reached out to Cedar Mountain Software, having very little idea what it takes to maintain or create a website, let alone one that I envisioned. We talked over the course of a week, and finally came up with a plan for my budget. While Cedar Mountain has the best pricing options I've seen across the state, at the time it was still very much above the budget for my tiny little company. I wasn't expecting the help offered to me, but I definitely appreciated it. Their offer was exactly what I needed to start my venture. Over the years, as my business has grown, we've mainly utilized Social Media. We just didn't have time to include updating and creating and more updating- of a website. We are too busy offering our service to folks. Over time though, the constant 'complaint' from our customers has been that we don't offer enough on our website, that our website is outdated, that our website almost made them not call us... and more complaints of the same. We've listened- but not to the extent folks would like. Instead we started directing people to our social media pages. Now we see why the website is so important. There just is no replacement for being able to point people to a specific location which directly relates to their needs. Whether it be pricing or events or items, whatever. Social media's drawback is that you have to sift through the multitude of posts to find what matters to you. To this end, I can't thank Cedar Mountain, and specifically Bob and Beth, enough. They've helped us out and met us right where we are. They never pushed us to take on more than we're comfortable with and didn't once push the hard- line 'you Must haves'. But they educated us and we were slow students for sure. Overall our experience with Cedar Mountain Software was more than positive, it exceeded our expectations. Our page was up within 24 hours, they offered tutorials and stayed available over the years to answer our questions and help us along. They are encouraging and not at all pushy. We really appreciate Cedar Mountain Software and their help with our 5 million questions. These people are great! They built me a beautiful website that perfectly enhanced what I imagined was possible. Beth and Bob have been easy to work with, great dry wits and plenty of patience with my inexperience. This is a brand new relationship, they have been fabulous resources and I am looking forward to continuing to learn from their generous expertise.

Founder Bob Jaffe of Cedar Mountain Software and his staff in Missoula, Montana, has been godsend over the past decade in helping us develop, maintain, and tweak our Microsoft Access Database. Recently we suffered the crash and loss of one of our computers with the entire database on it, resulting in getting Bob and his expertise on the job in re-establishing our database from a saved backup copy on a replacement PC and operating system. All of his help over the years has been through a secured online connection and phone, and this time he got us back up and running in around 90 minutes. There are few folks in Montana (or for that manner, anywhere) where we would recommend a "brain surgeon" for sensitive data, along with the expertise that they are not learning on our nickel. Beth Jaffe here. Testing the Google review world to better serve our clients. Finding this a challenge frankly. So much to learn and re-learn and then again. Too many changes folks - too much too fast in my humble opinion! But still I love Cedar Mountain Software and I am ok with Google because really - resistance is futile.
