I think Travis is an amazing person and for the most part seems trustworthy. However one thing I could not get past is the fact that he would not use my Business phone number on any of my paid ads or use my website, or my landing page, which doesn't make much sense to me when I'm wanting to establish my phone number and my website that I own. Tracking is one thing. But using a phone number that I don't own doesn't sit well with me. As a business owner I want to promote and establish my business phone number (and keep it simple) I did ask you several times, and all I heard back from you was that you couldn't guarantee me any more calls using my actual phone number. Why is that? Well anyways. You did in fact help get more calls then before I hired you and I thank you for that. Your pricing is affordable, so when I'm trying to establish my business phone number and my website. And not have to ask my customers which number they dialed to reach me when they needed to send me an address or picture thru text I would have to use your "Warmify app" which is another app I think is useless and added to the confusion of using yet another phone number that is not mine (5-7 different phone numbers you put on my advertisements ) none of which I own !? . Sorry I couldn't give 5 stars, so for these reasons stated above, I have to make a change to another marketing company. I did give you a years worth of time and work and was hoping we would eventually start using my phone and website and get even better results, but at this point I have to be honest. I did lose a little bit of trust Travis. Sorry to say that. But I did learn a lot from this and that's always going to be worth it!
