Terrible customer service, takes days to respond to emails and can't register a domain without countless issues, which you don't have any contact with them. Service have been paid for and after days of sending emails, "chats" which takes days to respond, yet still no webpage.

The service worked quite well when I had my own business. The interface could be more user friendly but generally worked well for my limited needs. The Hostnet team were always responsive to any requests that I had and overall I think it was good value.

I cancelled all my services with them on April and I got billed for may as well. I called their customer service to ask about the costs and they ensured me that it was a mistake and I do not have to pay it, they even told me that if I pay it I am going to get my money back and that everything is okay. This month I received a bill from incasso. I called them again to ask about it and the operator kept me on the line more then 10 minutes to verify what is about. He told me that I need to pay and of course I tried to explain that I called previously and I have been told that everything is okay and is not normal to have extra costs because their stuff is not well prepared. The guy from the line told me that I do not need to swear and he will going to hang up if I am still complaining (even if I did not use any bad word, I just tried to explain that I am very disappointed of their service). Well done, Hostnet! Charging extra costs for nothing, dezinforming your customers and having employees that are treating the customers in a very rude way!!!! I do not recommend it!
