We have worked with Jan and his team for almost a year. They have been attentive and patient, listening to how our mosquito and tick business operates, the flow of our customer service and the role of our technicians. During the season, we met with Jan's team every week to monitor the lead sources and tweak the marketing. This led to fantastic results for us. Terrible communication, awful appointment scheduling. The owner rescheduled 3 times only to cancel the entire project. I tried to be flexible with his times but he would wait until I followed up to confirm the appointment to tell me that he could not make the appointment. One of these times, it was an hour past the appointment time where he told me he could not make it. He completely disregarded my time and energy. I would not recommend to anyone.
