The team at DR Horton did an excellent job. Most notably, Vinny Gibson. His years of experience in the real estate industry has given him vast insight on the financing, building and overall purchase of a new construction home. He was able to clearly explain the entire process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Vinny Gibson and his team. Top notch service.

I have to say, working with Aidan and his team at DR Horton was one of the best experiences I've had. Work was done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with my home. Not to mention they were quick to reply to any questions or anything I asked them. Would work with again.

Great staff and great experience. Sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable, all questions answered leaving nothing as a surprise. Would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again!

I have to say that Vincent Gibson was excellent to deal with as far as securing a new construction property for my buyers. I am a buyers agent and I have worked with other large, national building companies and DR Horton really has a great process, They R very welcoming to buyers agents and our great at keeping communication lines open with the agents and the buyers. They really take the time to make you feel like they care about both you as an agent and your clients clients. Hope to have the opportunity to work with them again.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars! My fiance and I broke ground about a year ago and moved in end of January. There was a lot of misinformation during the process and at our orientation we noticed flooring issues that still haven't been corrected almost 9 months later. All they care about is getting you under contract and once you sign they can careless about you. Then once you close, good luck getting anyone to right their wrongs. We were lied to, and now we are being treated like we don't know what we are talking about. Do yourself and your family a favor and don't purchase one of these homes! You'll be more aggravated then anything. Everyone on our street has an issue. Drive around and knock on doors before buying. I will be telling anyone I see looking at the new construction at the end of my street the truth.

DR Horton ruined Ocean Ocres with poor quality houses that are hideous and do not blend in with the existing houses. Other builders like Wallters and Ryan Homes at least built nice houses. The other problem is that DR Horton has no idea how to grade properties. Just look at Savanna Dr. In addition to the poor grading they have no idea how to center a house on the property. Houses on Tradewinds are barely ten feet off the property line on one side but yet have thirty plus feet on the other side. DR Horton will also make sure there isn't a single tree left when they're done. Ridiculous.
