Homewood Suites by Hilton Hamilton, NJ

Homewood suites by Hilton Hamilton's location is good. It was easy to find. There is a gas station close by so it is convenient. I felt pretty safe in the area. The receptionist was professional. The room was big, they had a dining table, sofa, TV, bed, fridge, stove, dish washer. The bathroom was huge. It was clean. It felt like they hadn't changed the sheets, it was kind of crumpled, the pillow covers were fresh.i wish we could close the outer curtains near the bed completely .. the light from outside was glaring and we couldn't sleep... they had complimentary breakfast, we had to leave early couldn't try it.

We stayed here for 7 nights and had a very good time. Check in was smooth all.online but we still requested physical keys at the desk and were promptly issued with them. The room was clean and floor etc were actually quite thoroughly cleaned. Hallways walkways etc were also kept very good and common areas like the ice machine area etc. The size was a little smaller than other homewood suites we have been to, but nothing to complain about. It suited our family of four's needs. The kitchen facilities also worked as expected. Stove was small being a counter top model.tucked.into the corner. Fridge microwave and dishwasher were standard sized and all functioned. Water and air systems worked as expected and were responsive. Hot water came quickly..room heated or cooled quickly (depending on the setting). I saw two elevators Schindler branded ones and they worked fine. Wait times were not terrible. The outdoor mini golf was nice to have. With the basketball court, toss game and table tennis table, reminded me of a cruise's (activities). There was ample parking and felt secure. Staff were polite and helpful.

Will NEVER go back here! Customer service was great but this is an extended stay hotel and people LIVE here!! Which explains why we saw roaches in the hallway and our room! I complained and the front desk said they would call the exterminator. While I did receive 1 night back in payment, I was extremely uncomfortable and anxious Annnnnnd....there's was a children's party and they held the swimming pool up the entire day, no exaggerating! From open to 10 pm and then the final hour we shared it with a teen couple. They had a great breakfast spread but I refuse to eat where I see roaches...twice...once in the hallway and once while brushing my teeth on the mirror... Save your time and just go somewhere else!

We were staying for one night to attend a family party. Suite was clean and the sitting area was comfy for us. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. If we need to stay over in the area again, we would book this property. Wish we were there long enough to try the pool.

Was a beautiful experience! Sat in the lobby for a bit, was nice and quiet. When we left the host at the front desk told us we didn't have to even pay for the drinks!!

I had the worst hotel experience of my life at Homewood Suites Hamilton. The room I checked in had an unmade bed and stuff everywhere which led me to believe someone was already staying there. I quickly ushered my family out fearing the guest which was staying there would come and get upset at my family. We were exhausted from air travel all day so we ended up staying at the hotel and in the morning the bathroom faucet broke and rust and a rusty nail fell to the floor. (Photos attached.) I called the manager to the room to see the situation for herself and she kept making insincere apologies which I requested her to stop repeating. She wouldn't leave the room and then was filled with anger when I finally offered to walk her out of the room. Jessica Ortiz the general manager didn't even know what had happened but was very condescending and even threatened to call the police because I wanted to sit in the lobby and complain to Hilton corporate. The actual rooms are falling apart and the staff are all super mean. It's the worst.

The rooms are much smaller than the other Homewood suites i have stayed in. I appreciate housekeeping, but coming at 8 am is no good. We were checking out at 11, to go to a wedding, and housekeeping tried to come back again at 10:30. We had pur privacy tag on the door as well. Clean once we are checked out. You can't check in until 3.

Homewood Suites in Hamilton is so cute! The decor is welcoming and charming. The king suite was well-appointed including a ceiling fan! The room was quiet allowing for undisturbed sleep. |The complementary breakfast pleasantly deviated from the typical Hilton fare and included fixings to make breakfast tacos and grits. |The outdoor space offered lots of amenities including a putting green, basketball hoop, and pingpong table. The fitness room was ample in size (although 2 of the 3 treadmills weren't working). There were games available to borrow. This would be a great spot for families.|Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
