WEBWAY 360 - Print Shop, Graphic Design & Online Marketing

I contacted Webway 360 to inquire about a print job that I needed turned around right away. They were very responsive to all of my questions and the quotes were reasonably priced. I placed my order on a Tuesday and received free, local delivery at my doorstep on Thursday. The foam board print out was used as signage at my daughter's sweet 16 party and I was thrilled with the final product!

This business is the most unprofessional place I ever dealt with.first I paid them half of the total that they agreed to to start the project for brochure and the told me it will be ready to print in 2 days from the first payment I made but that wasn't the case,in fact a week gone by and they didn't reach out to me at all and I had to call them to only hear a lie saying the worker went to India!that's the worst lie I ever heard but I let that slide.the reason I think they delayed it because they want the second half of the money and that's why they didn't start.second- I drove to their location that's a hour from me to sit down with him to make sure he understood what I wanted for the brochure,he even recommended and agreed to black and white lettering with only certain words that I want gold foil.once again he didn't listen to my request and his own recommendation and now the back of the brochure is ugly.third-I paid a little over $700 for just 100 copies and you would think they would at least package high quality brochures,I was wrong ,they just threw everything in there without carefully wrapping and packing my expensive brochure and if you see the pictures below that's exactly how it appeared when I opened it.most of the cards are damaged and I reached out to them for a partial refund at least ,apology ,something and no reply.fourth -I was very nice to yall and yall took advantage of that now yall caught my bad side and I'm not gonna stop until yall resolved my situation.you don't do that to people! If you really think im going to let $700 go to waste your sadly mistaken Update -they fixed every problem I had with my order and delivered they delivered a new set of brochures for me from their company specifically to ensure there's no damages again from ups

Very happy I found them! I needed an emergency job done so I called them at 2pm on a Friday and they got to work right away. My job was done that same night! They even delivered my order to the office which was very convenient. Good quality print! I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

After looking for a print shop to work with for a long time, so happy to have found this one. The staff is extremely nice, and very cooperative in every aspect. The quality of the prints and the turnaround time is absolutely amazing, would definitely recommend them over and over!
