THE BEST coworking place to be! I love to see everyone working on their projects and businesses as I walk in, its very inspiring. Social Distancing is in full effect as well.

I've been going to Andco for a few months now and I wish I started going sooner because it is such a great atmosphere to work in. There's unlimited coffee (very important when you work for yourself!) plus other weekly events where you can connect with the other members. The staff is so caring and goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need while you're there (plus they plan great events like the amazing retreat I just went to). I get so much more work done on the days I'm there then when I work from home -- it's also a beautiful space with different places to work form depending on the work environment you like. I love being able to get some fresh air on the patio during warmer days. If you've been overthinking about whether or not you should try it out (like I did for years!), don't waste anymore time and schedule a tour so you can enjoy it for yourself.

I really enjoyed working out of this space. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful, from the community managers to others renting space to work. I especially loved the meditation room to decompress after a long commute before diving into work and the booths in the shared space. My manager and I had reserved desks beginning last August and it was the perfect space to really settle in and develop a routine. I loved it so much I'd stay after the work day, grab dinner from one of the awesome nearby restaurants and study here in the evenings. The people are phenomenal, the amenities and perks are endless and it really does feel like a community.

That's my favorite coworking space, highly recommend! I got a dedicated desk membership there, which is awesome since I got my own private desk that I can use 24/7 for good price. They also have other membership options and visitor passes. Overall it's a quiet and cozy working community of professionals of all kinds, I was feeling very welcome at Andco

Worked at &Co for close to 2 years, before moving out of the area. It's a great place to work and a great community of members and staff. The weekly breakfast and happy hour are ideal for meeting other members and developing professional and personal relationships. There's a diverse group of people and small businesses working there, so the conversation is always interesting. The staff is creative, talented and friendly and always looking for ways to improve the experience. Definitely miss working there!

Cozy warm and comfortable space. Excellent coffee and the outdoor patio is amazing. Their lounge room feels more like being in a comfy living room than a work only environment, which is really nice. But if you want that work only vibe, there's another room which fits that really well. Definitely recommend!

This place is much more than just somewhere to work outside of your home. It is a place where I've met life long friends, worked on amazing projects with people I met, and it also just looks and feels great to be in the space. As a creative person, it is a nice alternative home base in Jersey City.

Great space to work out of! Easy to book meeting rooms, great social events, and fantastic customer service. Need a quiet space to work? They have that. Want to work in a more social spot? They have that. It's a nice day out and you want to work outside? THEY HAVE THAT TOO!
