My mother and I visited the uniform store today around 1pm to purchase new shirts for my brothers for the upcoming school year, but our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering, we greeted the employees, but they didn't acknowledge us or offer any assistance. We stood there for a frustrating five minutes without any help. I noticed a bell on the counter that read 'ring for assistance,' so I rang it, hoping to get their attention. To our surprise, one of the employees gave us a disdainful look as if we'd committed a crime by using the bell. Even after ringing it, there was no response, and they continued with their tasks. It would have been appreciated if they had at least said, 'Hello, one moment, please. I'll be right with you.' My mother and I grew increasingly frustrated and decided to leave the store. Only then did the employees suddenly decide to pay attention, realizing we were leaving. It was disappointing to see that it took us walking out for them to finally offer assistance. Ultimately, we left the store without purchasing anything due to their terrible customer service. If you value being acknowledged and respected as a customer, I strongly recommend avoiding this store. Their lack of attention and disregard for customers' needs left us feeling completely ignored and disrespected. We expected better and left disappointed.

The lady therr had an attitude and didn't want to sell the school uniform saying they were backed up and to place the order online that it will be ready in 2 weeks. 5 minutes later I placed the order and 3 hours later they called me to pick up the order....what a waste of time and energy.

Everyone has been super nice. They repair copiers and when they fix them, they are done right the first time. Great experience and worth trying them out.

Says they are open 9-1, we came at 10 and no one's here. Door says "open" as well buy no one is inside and lights are off plus doors locked. We called, no answer.

I ordered a large amount of uniforms and I got them in a timely manner.
