I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against Double-Time and currently waiting for resolution. If it was possible I wouldn't give them a single star in this review. I am a new small business owner and I hired Double-Time Web Design on 6/25/2015 to design a website for my start-up. One of my concerns from the very beginning was difficulty in contacting anyone at Double-Time, after multiple contact attempts I still had to wait two to three days for a call back. After finally reaching one of the developers I explained my needs and they provided me with several examples of their work in the same price range as mine. Based on their previous work examples I judged that the quality of service they offered was great. After the agreement was signed and required deposit was paid Double-Time began working on the design. According to the contract the work was to begin on 7/1/2015. I followed up with Double-Time multiple times during that time to make sure everything was going well. After two weeks passed, on 7/15/2015, I received an email from the designer at Double-Time with an image of the mockup of my website. The mockup was a huge disappointment! It included text which I previously provided and a few images. The entire look was so basic I could not believe it would take more than two days to create it! Both I and my business were clearly not taken seriously, perhaps due to the fact that it was a small scope project. I reached out to my colleagues, a few family members and another web developer for feedback and they all agreed with me in the fact that the quality of Double-Time's work was very poor at best. I would have done a better job creating my website on sitebuilder using an existing template for $20! At this time I contacted Double-Time to terminate the agreement and asked for my deposit back. They terminated the agreement but did not refund the deposit. I believe Double-Time cut back on resources and delivered a low-grade, unsatisfactory and unacceptable service to be able to still make money on the agreement. I would not recommend anyone hire them for the web design or other needs, they clearly do not have respect for their clients' time and money.

When my team and I started our venture two years ago, we were initially just looking for someone to take take over our website at a cost that would not put us out of business. By chance, we found Double Time online and their pricing was perfect, the product is beautiful (I get compliments on our website ALL of the time), and their level of service exceeded our expectations (and continues to). Andy is so responsive, relaxed (which goes a long way in calming the very anxious person on the other side of the phone) and does a great job of delivering on ideas and changes that are sometimes hard to articulate. And Doubletime is choc-ful of surprises-- they are more than websites! Andy built a backend recruitment tool for us to manage applications and resumes, and recently, we started working with DoubleTime on SEO to grow our presence on the web. We've done design projects with Andy and Danielle-- they make beautiful banners and signs, one of which was for a billboard. We were blessed to be conneced to DoubleTime by chance, and in my very hectic worklife, this is one of the easiest work reltionships I have.

I have used Double-Time for my website services for over six years and am always pleased with their fast, friendly service. Changes or updates to my site are typically completed within 48 hours of my request. They are easy to work with and their web solutions are effective and professional.

Double-time's web design quality is top notch. And they are very competitive with their pricing.
