I've been working with Warm Thoughts for a little over a year and a half. Definitely one of the best decisions Q-DOG (the company I work for) has made. We recently did a long overdue website refresh - and it looks amazing. They worked with us every step of the way, giving us direction/suggestion and brought our vision to life. Over 300 of our customers have complimented the refresh and commented on how easy it is to navigate and manage their fuel orders. We've grown customer acquisition by 27% through marketing efforts and paid digital ads. Mindy, our account manager, has truly become more than someone I work with. She is always super responsive, gives best advice for our business goals, finds answers to questions she may not know the answer to, and more. But, she also is someone I consider a friend! Ya know that co-worker you would hate to see leave? That's Mindy! Any client of Warm Thoughts would be so lucky to have her as their account manager. Our company, LG Jordan Oil and Gas worked with Susan Janett on a day long customer service seminar for our employees. . She was amazing to work with. After meeting with me, she crafted 2 half day seminars based on the areas I expressed interests in for our team. On the day of the seminars she quickly recognized the different personalities and worked to bring everyone into the discussions. I could not have been more pleased.
