Fictive Web Design

Wanted to make a small business buy/sell clothing website. I was "guaranteed" 100% satisfaction in regard to having a reasonable and professional team create a marketing platform to reach new customer base. It started out okay in the beginning, but when I began having problems, I tried to reach out to have these issues resolved. What I received instead was perpetual events of their "account managers" creating more problems & trying to get me to spend more money to fix those issues.

Our experience with Fictive Web Design has been great! Since the first moment, they have been super helpful and serviceable. The process of creating our site was easy, quick and efficient. Their videos and guidelines were clear and concise. We highly recommend them to whoever is thinking about creating their own business. We are super grateful and happy with the results!!!!

I hate first off that I can't leave a negative or no stars that should be added to this rating system. But this company is a joke they take your money and waste your time. Now if your the kind of individual who likes taking their money and setting it on fire or running it through a paper shredder. Or you make rash impulse purchases and have bad spending habits that result in nothing but more falling down into a deep depression and other issues I recommend Fictive Web Design where you spend money to spend money. Took forever to finish a poorly designed website with the promise of making it better as long as you spend more.

SCAM! They sold me a pirated theme, among other things, and still continue to call me 2-4 times per year although I've terminated our relationship in writing and on the phone. They'll also attempt to offer you `hosting' services but they don't actually host anything, the contract it out to a third party. If you take your business seriously you shouldn't do business with these scammers.

Scammers - BBB Verified that even this address is fake. They'll trade you between different project managers, talk over you, mock you and your associates, and run off with your money. Do not send them another dime if you are unlucky enough to have done business with them. They just change names when the old tagline gets too many bad reviews. Webilistic is a good example of this.

I've had 4 account managers since I started working with the company in 2020. I have spent several thousands of dollars for web design, marketing and optimization only to receive broken promises, little to no follow through, inadequate service and poor outcome. I am completely and utterly disappointed.

Paid them $4,000 for a custom made website. All I was left was a blank page redirecting to a local shelter! You can't make this up! I have tried to reach out multiple times to some kind of customer support with no avail. Do yourself a favor; steer clear of this greedy company who does not care about their customers.

Their communication was great. They also listened to what I wanted. The time spent on my project was not long at all. This is the best deal I have come across. Their work is professional and clean. No other service can claim to do a job this good.
