When I first started working with this company I was cross sold with everything I was wanting to start my website with and mentioned I was new to starting my own business. I thought I was in good hands when they said they were giving me a deal and stated in writing 100% Satisfaction guaranteed & 100% money back if not. Long story short they begin trying to charge me for things that were crossed sold prior and supposed to be included like the type of platform and amount of products that could be listed. I immediately felt uneasy and already was not ok with that and wanted my money back. Prior to that I had paid $300 for a logo that I had but wanted replicated with a slight difference but their designer just could not get it right. I have asked countless times to be connected to someone in higher than the account manager because he said I wasn't qualified for a refund. No where did their disclosure state what is qualified and being as no website was ever completed or even really started on top of no finalized accepted logo. This company has took $800 from me and I have nothing to show for it, other than messages between me and account manager and me asking to speak to higher ups. This is complete fraud DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I'll have to seek small claims because it's false advertising, fraud & theft at this point. Being a single mother with toddlers has made this matter sooo difficult as I also explained why I needed someone to make this website for me. It's not right that I was taken advantage of and robbed of my hard earned money. I would give no stars but that's not possible.

Waste of TIME & MONEY.....Never, Never, Never work with this company. After paying, they sent me a few designs and offered me a program manager that kept trying to push me into spending more money for simple features. I tried to speak to the owner or president of the company to issue my concerns but was refused communication with anyone above the program manager. They used outside developers from Pakistan and India and the communication and design became terrible and overall destroyed the original layout. I demanded they release all production code and stop working on the project and issue a partial refund for failure to produce the project after many months. In the end, they stopped answering the phone and wouldn't even return my calls. This company just stole my time and thousands of dollars.

I paid for a completed website 2 YEARS AGO, which I was told would take 2-4 months. I have yet to receive the website and they won't return my money! They won't even respond now! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a FRAUD!!!

This company is Fraudulent. They will take your money and never answer the phone, text or deliver your project after they get your money. Avoid this company and anyone associated with it.

I just experienced the same as the above reviews. Just get the run-around and have gone through 4 account managers... absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT USE THEM they are a SHAM!!!
