So i bought a computer a year or 2 ago for 1.2k i was so excited until recently i decided to do some research on this pc because i had no storage and my cpu was reaching 97c on little games and even when i open google it reached 80c which is not normal i found put they put a really bad 200 dollar cpu and put some extra fans that are just for show and overpriced it i also found out they did not put any storage on my pc i dont even have half a terabyte so dont go to this place if you dont know about electronics i thought they wore giving me a good deal but instead for 1.2k they gave me a 600$ pc

Amazing Experience! My laptop is like new again thanks to the staff and Ervin. I recently damaged my newly purchased laptop. The warranty company wasn't able to rectify the problem so they sent me to Best Buy who then said they couldn't guarantee being able to fix it and on top of that the turn around time would be 3-4 weeks....I don't think so. That's when I looked for someone local and found Bergen Computer Solutions. Wow! What a positive experience. I bought the laptop in, Ervin took a look and new exactly what to do. He needed to order a part which came in a couple of days and then called me to come in for the repair which only took a couple of hours. What a find this place is and the staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this place and will be sure to use them in the future for any electronic needs that I have. Thanks
