During my professional life, I've been involved with numerous advertising agencies, PR firms & web developers. I can't say enough good things about Nicklaus Marketing. When I joined Rosie's Trattoria as Events Manager, I was dreading the idea of working with a marketing company. Usually it's "grab a number and wait your turn" but Nicklaus was completely different. They assigned a team to the restaurant with Faith as our Account Manager and she makes things happen! I can have a serious conversation with her about things that need to be done; or, just bounce some thoughts and get feedback. Overall, I'm so impressed by the work they've done on the Rosie's Trattoria website. It's a tasteful, beautifully designed site that compliments an excellent restaurant. I speak frequently with Faith about the "little" things - the tweaks & refinements in response to customer feedback - and they offer me options and suggestions to make it happen. We needed an updated photoshoot of our event spaces and it was a single email to Nicklaus. The sky is the limit to their creativity as well. Nicklaus is a top-notch firm that knows their business, understands their customer base and reacts to it in real-time, not after the moment has passed.
